Gut health has been made unnecessarily complicated and stressful for many people.
This video outlines the primary cause of dysbiosis, which is a diet that
consists largely of refined sugar, flour, and oils. The "flamey" diet
that creates chronic systemic inflammation, does the same thing to the gut. To increase/normalize the amount of healthy gut bacteria, the diet needs to be DeFlamed. Probiotic supplements and fermented foods are of secondary importance compared to the primary issue, which is limiting or removing sugar, flour, and refined oil from the diet.
