Krill oil can be 6-7 times more expensive to achieve the same bioavailability as fish oil.
I did not make the cost for the oils a key issue in the last video about fish oil versus krill oil. Comparing fish oil vs krill oil bioavailability must be understood from the perspective of cost.
Fish oil is the choice for the average person with modest or average means, while krill oil is for the rich when bioavailability/cost are considered.
